Membership is limited to one representative per company.  Before submitting your application and registration fee, check our Member Directory to make sure your company is not listed.  If not, proceed to next step.

Download our Application, print and complete it in full.  Send your application to the address at the bottom of the form, along with a check or money order for your membership registration fee made payable to LISA SOMMER.  Membership dues are $25 annually
